Overview
To be eligible for a return, you are required to meet:
- Refund are only allowed shall the photo / content submitted doesn’t met authorities’ requirement.
- No request of refund are allowed for any other reasons.
- Refund are made under DWish’s sole dicretion.
Refund processing times
Payment processor submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process it as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
